Do you accept dental insurance?

We welcome both insured and uninsured patients. Please note that Rooted Radiance is a fee-for-service practice and does not participate in dental insurance networks. Payment is due at the time of service. You may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits and reimbursement. We’re happy to provide the documentation you need and help you understand how your benefits may apply to your care. Flexible payment and membership options are available to help make care fit your budget.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Most dental hygiene services are eligible expenses for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You can use your HSA or FSA card to pay for eligible services at Rooted Radiance. Because individual plans may vary, we recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have questions about a specific service. We’re happy to provide an itemized receipt if you need one for reimbursement.

Can I come to you if I already have a dentist?

Absolutely. Many patients choose Rooted Radiance for their preventive and periodontal hygiene care while continuing to see their dentist for restorative or other dental treatment. We’re happy to work alongside your existing dentist and, with your permission, share X-rays and other relevant information to help keep your care coordinated.

Can you diagnose cavities or do fillings?

Rooted Radiance can identify areas of concern through X-rays, intraoral imaging, and your oral health assessment. While we do not provide fillings or other restorative dental treatment, some early areas of tooth decay may be appropriate for non-invasive treatment with Curodont, which is designed to support the natural remineralization of the tooth structure before a filling is needed. If an area requires further diagnosis or restorative treatment, Stephanie will recommend that you see a dentist and, with your permission, can share your X-rays and other relevant information to help coordinate your care.

Do I still need to see a dentist?

You’re always welcome to continue seeing your dentist, and we’re happy to work alongside them as part of your care. At Rooted Radiance, your visits include a thorough oral health assessment within the scope of dental hygiene, so you do not need to see a dentist before scheduling routine hygiene care with us.If we identify something that needs evaluation or treatment beyond the scope of dental hygiene, we’ll let you know and recommend that you see a dentist or appropriate specialist. If you already have a dentist, we can coordinate with their office. If you don’t, we’re happy to help you find someone when the need arises.

Do I need a referral?

No. You do not need a referral from a dentist or other healthcare provider to schedule an appointment at Rooted Radiance. You can schedule directly with us for your dental hygiene care.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Accepted Answer

Your first visit is all about getting a complete picture of you and your oral health. It includes a review of your general and oral health history, blood pressure screening, full-mouth X-rays, intraoral photos, a periodontal assessment, oral cancer screening, and personalized education and recommendations.Stephanie will take time to review her findings with you, answer your questions, and discuss any recommended treatment or referrals. If time allows and you feel comfortable moving forward, hygiene treatment may also begin during your first visit.

What if I’m nervous or embarrassed about my oral health?

You’re welcome exactly as you are. Rooted Radiance was created to be a judgment-free space, especially for patients who experience dental anxiety or have struggled with home care during stressful or difficult seasons of life. You’ll never be lectured, shamed, or made to feel embarrassed. Stephanie will listen to your concerns, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and help you find realistic ways to move your oral health forward.

How do memberships work?

Rooted Radiance offers three membership options for preventive dental care in Castle Rock. These memberships are based on your individual oral health needs: Prevent, Rebalance, and Preserve. Each includes recommended preventive or maintenance visits, exams, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and additional member benefits. Your recommended membership level will be determined at your first visit based on your individual oral health needs. Members also receive 15% off eligible enhancements, with a 5% discount available for additional family members in the same household. Flexible payment options make it easy to plan for your care. Choose convenient monthly payments or save by paying annually.

Where are you located and where should I park?

Rooted Radiance is located at 115 Wilcox St, Suite 296, Castle Rock, CO 80104, inside Renew Salon & Spa in the Craft Coworking building. The Riverwalk Parking Garage is conveniently located at the building and offers covered parking for approximately $2/hour. Street parking and free public parking are also available nearby, including the Encore Parking Garage at 20 Wilcox St.
